 Welcome to the PACAC Web site! We invite you to explore and learn about our Association.

PACAC is a vibrant organization comprised of more than 1000 professionals in the field of admission counseling and access to higher education. We are committed to assisting students and families in the high school to college transition, and to helping each other grow through professional education and networking.

One of the hallmarks that has kept PACAC thriving for 50 years is the volunteer spirit of its members. Each year, more than 200 members serve on one of ten committees, providing programs and services that fulfill the PACAC mission - to encourage, advocate for, and facilitate equal access to post secondary education.

Becoming an active member allows each of us to impact our profession, students, and families in incredibly positive ways. And membership comes with distinct advantages - connections with colleagues in secondary schools and colleges; exciting professional development programs with opportunities for ACT 48 credit; a voice in both state and national education policy development; and phenomenal opportunities for leadership experiences that benefit both the member and his/her employer.
